Great location and spacious rooms, but terrible kitchen cleanliness and no dish pressure.

Request extra washcloths upon arrival, as only two are provided. This helps if you need more during your stay.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers reliable wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely spa & wellness center. The staff even helped me find a car service on my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for relaxation! I'm definitely coming back for a weekend.

The king bed with an electric fireplace provided a cozy touch, and the room layout was spacious and well-designed. The underground parking was a plus, making it convenient during our stay. However, the location felt remote, especially during colder months, and the bed was not very comfortable. Also, cleanliness was an issue, as the bedding had dog hair and the overall cleanliness seemed lacking. The coffee machine wasn’t emptied from previous guests either.

I loved the stunning mountain views from our suite, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The lodge's modern design and easy access to amenities made our stay enjoyable and comfortable, especially with friendly staff always ready to assist.
Improved soundproofing between rooms would be appreciated.

Bizarre bathroom, but cozy stay
We spent 2 nights in a Deluxe King Room and enjoyed the comfy beds and the heated bathroom floor. The underground parking was super convenient too! But, the bathroom set-up was odd, and the staff could've been friendlier. The restaurant was a win, though, with great food! Overall, not bad for a getaway!

I found the suite with kitchen facilities and separate bedroom helpful for my needs. I enjoyed using the spa and loved the hot tubs after a day out. The staff was accommodating during our stay. Overall, it felt like a nice place to return to after exploring.
I noticed some noise from children in nearby rooms. The air conditioning was loud but helped mask other sounds.
